That's just it, there are no actual goods given. It's far too easy to call and make up some bullshit excuse as to why you deserve your money back, because nothing on the internet actually exists. Same reason Paypal does deal in adult but only tangible goods.
And billing would rather give it back peacefully than have a REAL chargeback, so many of the chargebacks given to affiliates are really just refunds. Oh well, if the sponsor didn't make anything or lost money then I don't see why I should profit any. But they should at least make it harder to chargeback.
