If you are up for massages, there are many people who do call-ins (non-sexual) for pretty cheap too as Vegas is hurting and everyone needs money.
Whatever hotel you are staying at, ask the concierge once you get there if there are any hookups.

I'm headed to LA first, then going to Vegas for a few days, so this trip will definitely put a hurting on my bank account
Its just me and the wife, so going out once or twice to a nice place is fine, but the rest neither one of us cares about. This week I just got something in the mail from the Venetian for 3 free nights, so I called and they can only do 2 nights free and the others are $200/nt. I said let me think about it and called back to the Flamingo (never stayed there so wanted to try, plus it was free for nice rooms) and they gave us a suite upgrade if we stayed. Both have players cards and gamble so probably didn't want us to leave.
