Last year for instance I found this "trick" on facebook. if you checked into the buffet at Harrahs, you got a FREE entry. We did this every day for either lunch or breakfast, you only got 1 per day. Im sure that has been fixed to now 1 per person.
There was some other things that we found like vouchers for places if you signed up for a players card, free entry and free drink into some clubs, etc., but I've been out of the loop so curious to see if anyone found or knows of any.

We are going for Thanksgiving with the kids and I was looking for the same type of things.
Check out Groupon and Living Social for Vegas deals, they have stuff all over the city, including shows and shit on the strip.
If you are up for massages, there are many people who do call-ins (non-sexual) for pretty cheap too as Vegas is hurting and everyone needs money.
Whatever hotel you are staying at, ask the concierge once you get there if there are any hookups.
I bought my tickets on Southwest and got a smoking deal in my email for the hotel, Palazzo for us at $125/night. Not bad at all...
