I think if a woman is "harmed" by something pornographic she should have the right to sue or prosecute those involved. It would just be the word "harmed" that would be difficult to define.

If the woman was raped, never signed a release, never paid and plastered all over the place? She should/could sue. If she signed a release and paid her rent with the money she earned, bought cars, etc... well, no changing your mind that you were in some way "harmed".
