Of course it's totally legal and I have no argument against that.
As soon as the YMCA and the Salvation Army start using publically funded buildings for the majority of their meetings and events, I'd be against that too.
Both the YMCA and the Salvation Army have their own facilities they fund themselves. Do you even know where most Scouting events take place? In public buildings.
I thought you guys were against public funding of religion?
