With all those downloaders lawsuits, and also court orders such as in hotfile case to reveal uploaders' identities, it seems that there are a lot less uploaders from the US now then it was 2 years ago. Of course they were easily replaced by uploaders from other countries, but sooner or later other countries will follow suit too.
