It's not that they don't have a desire to improve it, it's that you don't know what you're talking about, no matter how much you think you do, you don't. No matter how many cam studios you've been to and how many owners you've talked to, until you are actually doing it yourself you can't honestly say you know what to do and what not to do, can you? Why would someone take advice from someone with no experience? You put your 2cents in on every subject on here from tgp's, tubes, paysites, cams, etc. and every time there are people who have BEEN doing it telling you you're completely wrong. Still wondering why no one wants your advice?
Yeah so they tell the girls to look into the cam and smile more. What is that going to change? Do you think they have never been told that? The girls are still going to go back to doing it how they do it. As someone else said, everyone has their own level of satisfaction. You act like you've discovered some huge flaw in the cam world. I'm sure anyone running these cam networks could spot little things like this but since they're actually in that business they know there are bigger things to take care of and worry about.
