which have you had the best luck with?

i just wasted my money on Freelancer.com - the quality of the bidders on a small Flash project was atrocious. Not sure what their rules are, I can't award the job to any of these losers.

the Indian companies should be outright banned from freelancer site - annoying presumptuous fucks.
