Sorry to hear you broke your neck! Yeah I hear ya on the upper thing, I wish I had been more of an upper person because I started with prescription narcotics and quickly switched over to heroin because it was much much cheaper and more stronger but also very addicting. I wish I had never tried it in the first place.

Yeah Fentanyl is amazing for pain control. Makes my life so much more manageable and nothing beats only have to change it once every few days.
I have no experience with abusing it but it works wonders for pain management. Its also nice to have constant relief and not pop pills.
I also haven't built a tolerance as I've been on the same 50 mcg/hr dose for over two years I think. Doesn't create any fuzziness, etc. which I also appreciate.
Only downside is there is nothing stronger and if I were to do something like get into a car accident it would practically be impossible to treat the additional pain.
