Leaseweb offers very attractive pricing and has a pretty good network, we are known for our complete managed hosting solutions.

If you can't (or don't want to) manage the server yourself (software installations, troubleshooting, hardening, performance optimization, security patches etc) I think we offer a pretty good deal as all of our servers come fully managed.
