Frankly I think the same argument can be made for being rich or broke and posting on GFY. Granted, definition of rich will vary, but many "well off" people read and post here regularly. Why? They enjoy it.
That's why we do things. We enjoy them.
Allowing some sort of financial success, or lack thereof, to determine whether or not you continue doing a particular activity that you enjoy really makes little sense.
I can afford sushi and steak everyday. I still eat tuna from a can. Why? I enjoy it.
