Just a few suggestions...

1. Use a smaller header graphic so you don't make them have to scroll down so much to see the form and information.

2. Move the form to the left side and have the text to the right of it instead.

2. Words really do matter. You can rewrite some of the text in the What Do Our Members Get section. For example, the part about Hours of Entertainment sounds like there's not much content. You'll do better with a phrase like "hour after hour" instead of "up to several hours." Little things like replacing the word "however" with the word "yes" in the High Definition section should help a bit too. Also, you need to say something besides "Receive Emails" with that pre-checked option below the email field. You want to tell them what they'll receive from you and promise them no spam or selling their info to others.

As far as linking directly to the CCBill join page instead of using a pre-join page, you want to consider the value to you of the email addresses you can collect using a pre-join page. There are potential members who may not complete the signup process but who can still be converted later with good follow-up mailings if you have their email address. But that depends on having a very good mailing plan in place. If you're not doing that, and aren't working on a way to do that, then linking directly to the CCBill join page may be worth testing.
