I agree about them being in jail.
My neighbor is a registered child sex offender. He is in his late 40s.
Boys that appear to be about 15 or 16 are suddenly coming to his house with him.
That's not normal behavior, right? Pretty sure he's not doing that because the state made him register as a sex offender.
Since another neighbor works for the city I happen to know they are trying to catch him with one. She felt inclined to tell the police since in the past he had the nerve to tell her that her 17 year old son was hot. Creepy fucker.
I bet he is anxious to hand out candy tonight. Luckily there are no kids in the immediate area.
