Conversion used to be time on line / time in pvt. Example girl works 360 minutes and earns a total of 68 minutes in pvt she would have a conversion of 68/360 = .1888 pr 18.89%
How ever now days the math is a little different Example girl works 360 minutes and earns 4,080 credits in pvt 1,500 credits in group, 2,300 credits in tip you would do the math like this. 4080 + 1500 + 2300 = 13,460 / 60 (assuming that there are 60 credits for each minute of standard pvt chat) = 224 minutes / 360 = .6231 or 62.31%
I am old fashioned but this is the best way for me to judge a performers real production.. Still cant get my head around credits per hour.
