That issue is due to the gov being too big in general... if it wasn't so big, it would simply go out to the proper people.
I'm sure some at OWS want that, the majority though want all bailouts and too big to fail, bullshit to stop... so while the little guy is getting his teeth kicked in, they're getting bailouts and living the life - on our tax dime. Only a fool wouldn't a little pissed about that.
Small gov does not mean no gov...
