Not sure if I agree with that. Moira mentioned that "men see what they want to see, while women see the soul inside," which is why he sees Moira differently than his wife does. BUT, in last week's episode, they show when Moira gets killed, and she was young at that point. So, her earthly body would still remain young, even if her soul ages. So, he's fucking the soul of an old hag, but the body of the hot chick. Sort of like fucking a vampire.
