Sly, traffic generation for AVS offers can be (should be) accomplished in traditional ways like good link building, back-links, and of course good SEO practices. Treating them like mini-paysites is also still effective.
What's more, in the case of FREE offers (like SexKey), promoting us on Tubes can be quite profitable as well considering the number of people on those sites who are just looking for free stuff. It's a sensible alternate to what you're already promoting on your tube site(s).
