thats exactly what I was thinking. IMO, unless the network is getting 50k+ a day, I doubt it would be worth over a few thousand... IF that. Unless ratios are insanely great, everyone looks at the revenue, which in my case is pretty small but covers the bills.
I was leaning in two directions, what you described above OR selling off the domains and content if wanted. I have a pretty good deal (50% off) on the server because I have number of boxes hosted there. Its more BW then it is performance wise, but you don't need a top of the line box to host adult sites that are running on cached images and layouts.
Just sucks that I put a lot of time and effort into this back in the day, used to make me $5k to $7k+ a month in revenue but now does a small fraction of that. Its like selling off a shitty car that you bought back years ago and put a ton of sweat equity into. At the end of the day, its only worth what it produces
