Index.html is the page that shows when you simply add the domain name... i.e for a surfer that has surfed the net & has not come from an affiliate
That simply is true... You do not need a "join button" on the index page.. with an adult site, the index page should have an age agreement on it to enter.. you can't join something you know nothing about....
