That is exactly the email that I got.
I then got the email from Mike Wesson posted above stating quite clearly that my site
was not causing the problem.
Here is his email again :
Hi,
the issue is not with your sites, the database server on the box is
getting slammed with queries. I've been working to resolve the issue
and I have been making progress. My apologies for all the troubles with
this for the past week.

I then investigated the issue and
OH boy, You don't really want me to post what I found.
Nope. Instead you issued me a full refund for about 3 months.
Not exactly sure about the number of months but it was more than one.
