I would love to see this proof. We archive all of our support tickets, I can easily dig up the ticket number back to 2003, maybe even to 2001, please post the ticket number where this happened or the email account you used, we will have it if you claim you received it.
Are you also claiming that we email all of our clients on a regular basis to post here? That is a flat out lie. Post your proof.
