Why just test welfare people?

Why not test :

- Social Security recipients
- government grant recipients?
- Medicaid recips
- unemployment benefits recips
- Pell Grant recips
- G.I. Bill recips
- People who claim "Earned Income Credit"
- People who use the Public Defender(that's gov money)
- politicians that get money from that box on your tax return(check if you want $1 to go to...)
