Any AVS/free membership/pay sites still using middle page ads?

I'm looking for people who use them and have a spot available for them (rotation, static or otherwise).

For those who don't know what they are: middle page ads are ads that are after the login page of a site but before the actual content with a link at the bottom to the members area.
