We tested both links to ensure that the affiliate ID was being passed to the CCBilll sign up form. You can test this as well by clicking on either link the affiliate provided. Once you are redirected to the website navigate to the sign up form. On the sign up form right click and select view page source or view source depending in the browser you are using. Once the code for the sign up page comes up you can hit ctrl+f and enter the affiliate ID. What you should see is the below referrer value.
This is showing that the affiliate ID is being passed to the sign up form and they are being credited for the sale.
