I remember the days of hooking up your phone line and dialing in to your local ansi wildcat bbs hangout, for a free scanned magazine pic, which took half an hour to download. Again.. it's like the war on drugs but these drugs are free and with no law enforcement support. That said, there are still many ways to mitigate but that costs money and times are tight right now.
