The state of Pennsylvania for sure, possibly others are forcing ISP's in the state to block any site whose IP hosting address is similar to any site they have identified as hosting child porn.

So all sites no matter the content in a certain IP range are blocked from internet viewers.

Pennsylvania will not give out any information about the IP's being blocked.

Estimates are that 1,000's of legtimate sites are being blocked because of this.

They are stonewalling and will not release the IP addresses and sites being blocked and a lawsuit may be filed to try and make them since they won't voluntarily

I don't know if this is the reason yambo can't be seen some places, but it is an explanation that is possible.
