My businesses are run with virtually NO overhead on my part. My advertising costs are minimal, my office in LA is fairly inexpensive, I don't need a 2,000 sq ft studio, I have no employees, I have no equipment, and don't really have many other costs.
I run a sales and marketing company. What do I need other than a phone and a computer?
I also manage a couple of great affiliate programs. My partners handle the tech side of business, and again - I manage the sales and marketing. No overhead there either.
