GFX are far superior to Forza3 and the list of cars available is huge too.
They have made it far easier to earn upgrades and credits in game which is another huge plus IMO.
All round I think it is definitely worth the money, however i'm only a casual gamer - perhaps the more serious gamers can chime in.

What is headtracking? You must have the steering wheel setup to play on?
Yeah I'm used to turning all the assistance like driving line, traction control, abs, etc off but I had to turn the steering help on because every single car was violent as hell to drive and spin out like nothing.
Credits/points are given out so easily now that I don't even know what to spend it all on. Not a bad thing at all.
I'm sure the graphics are better, but unless I'm looking at a side by side comparison I really don't see anything mind blowing TBH.
Got suckered into buying the 7 or so car packs ahead of time when I bought the game so it cost me a little over $90 for one game. I didn't mind at all until I was let down by it. Maybe I'll get more into it when I have more cars to play with.
