No one else thought it was odd that they had a big jump in sign ups? There was no cheating, or not getting credit for your sales, after looking around the stats area it was easy to see that your PPS potential sign ups were being credit to the wrong payment program.
From what I can see with my own stats this happened from Fri - Tues. They let you keep 100% of the money from the mistake on Fri/Sat and then for Sun-Tues they corrected the error and put the sign ups in the correct program.
From my understanding (Emily correct me if I am wrong), if you are getting paid on the free credit card join and someone signs up, if they have a valid credit card but there is an issue like no funds available etc... Instead of just denying the person, ifriends allows them to make an account. Obviously, we are not going to get paid for a sign up that ifriends can not make any money from it. So those sign ups are placed into the PPS program. If that person comes back at a later date and is able to spend money then you get paid $100+ and get credit for a PPS join vs an IF join. This error they had sounds like signups that should have gone into the PPS program but didn't and affiliates were getting paid out on those people via the IF program. All they did was fix the error putting those people back into the correct program, the same way things have always worked.
I see no fault with a company having a stats error and fixing it to the way it should be, at no detriment to the affiliate. No sign ups were "lost" they were just moved back to where they were suppose to be. It's not like they asked for people to send them money back from the previous check which included the money made from the error on Fri/Sat . Everyone got that for free. I also suspect that if some of you posting that were upset had actually contacted them they would have gone out of their way even more to make you feel better about the situation. I bet it's still not to late to talk to them if you are still mad about what happened.

Good to know, although I am not on that mail list. Usually when complaints like these get no response from the program, it's usually a bad sign. Just saying.
Good to see it all got worked out
