Can you really blame Kenya? I mean lets be honest even so called govt controlled countries are pretty lawless in much of Africa. Now think how bad it must be in Somalia as well; as being bordered to it when that country hasn't had a functioning govt in years if not decades at this point.
Just be glad someone else is doing it and not us..
