There is a lady suing the movie because there wasn't enough action in the movie - lol!
"As WDIV-TV in Detroit reports, Sarah Deming's suit claims that FilmDistrict and Emagine Novi Theater violated Michigan's Consumer Protection Act by releasing such a disingenuous advertisement for their driving-deficient crap-film. Drive "bore very little similarity to a chase, or race action film ... having very little driving in the motion picture," states the lawsuit (which also alleges anti-Semitism). Deming wants her money back, and also "an end to misleading trailers" so that the American people get the goddamn blood-pumping thrills they pay for. She reportedly plans to go class action-style, so if you've ever been lied to at the cinema you can join her Crusade for Integrity at the Movie Places and share in the settlement (which will be somewhere between $0 and $1 zillion)."
