I'm not even up for a phone upgrade yet, so I don't get the uber discount. The new 4S will cost me $250, plus an $18 upgrade fee (I called ATT to find out). If you go look on the bay, iphone4 is still going for $300+ dollars today.

So I will get a brand new phone, and make around $50.
