I signed up for their affiliate program to have a look. Since it's CCBill they showed up immediately in my control panel, but I got no welcome email nor or there any links on site to a webmasters area which means no links or content to promote other than their banners.

I guess you're uploading your own videos to the tubes, since there's nothing for affiliates to promote. Incidentally, I used the support/ticketing system to voice these concerns privately but got no response, hence raising them here.
