Chargebacks Ltd serves as a clearing house for the debt that needs to be collected, and it redistributes the data to the appropriate collection agency in the designated country.
You are required to provide all the information you have on the member that signed up.
The assigned agency will run it through skip tracing database to better identify the physical or mailing address associated with the card and with the debtor.
Based on what I have been told, most chargebacks are based on "friendly fraud" where the consumer knowingly used their card, actively used the service such as membership to a paysite or chat with a model, and decided to "force a refund" from the merchant. It is a matter of applying all available information that the merchant should have, including IP log in details, etc, and making the debtor aware of this. Since some of these agencies are attorney based, a letter from the office of legal counsel can get consumers to reconsider returning monies.

Perhaps WOJ you don't do a lot of business, or you are willing to write off everything as a loss, but I have been communicating with several of the larger affiliate programs, and I am being told they have 2000-3000 chargebacks a month.
The good news is that the law allows merchants to attempt recovery on the original transaction amount, bank fees and collection costs.

The only way this company could be succesful is if they check ip addresses used for the purchase and downloads and are able to verify these ip addresses at the internet hosting provider, but providers will never give out information about who is using which ip address. So it seems rather pointless to me.

I looked at chargebackclaims dot com and I asked the others. We do not own that site or company.
