Alright, Unseen. I see what you mean, with the free sites.
When someone told you to start with "free sites," are you sure they meant to promote "free join sites" or to actually build what we know as "free sites."

In this game you have:

TGP's which you send your galleries like you sent above.

Then you have Link Lists which you send Free Sites which consists of 1 entry/warning page, 1 free members page which links to 2-3 galleries of 10-15 pics each.

Maybe that's what they meant instead of you trying to build a paysite or go straight to AVS.

Anyway here's my thoughts on your gallery.

1. Glam teen series using hardcore and cheerleader text. As someone already pointed out the text doesn't fit.

2. When designing your gallery you want to force the viewers eyes to scan your text.
At the top you sorta kinda do this by placing the 2 larger pics on each side of the text.

However further along in the gallery you have the text pushed out on each side of your pics. This enables the surfers to see all the pics without really paying any attention to the text at all.

3. The cropping is nice. But might I suggest at least 1 good pink shot. You're going to have a ton of people here disagree with me that showing too much pink is giving it away and they won't sign up to join.
We at diabolicalgalleries.com find our experience is completely different.

4. Depending upon where you're submitting this to even if you are submitting it the whole pic on html is nice and does help with ctrs and sales but most TGPs will NOT accept it.

5. Your thumbs are a bit over compressed in my opinion. I sharpen everything before it gets sent out. I suggest you do the same thing. Remember you're in advertising and selling a product and that product has to look good and inviting for people to want to purchase it.

Here are some submission tips if you are submitting to TGPs if you are new are trying out a new template.

#1 Build your template and gear it towards acceptance first, as well as hoping to make sales.
If the template doesn't get accepted then the sales point is moot.

15 pics, make sure they are clear and sharp, not too many outgoing links 1 per 5 set of pics at the most, stay away from "ENTER" or MORE" type text. Great content, I can't stress this enough.

#2 If you're not seeing any noticeable traffic going to your sponsors join page from your gallery then you know it could be one of 3 things. Text placement, Text, or content.

If you feel confident in your content then I suggest you look at your text placement. As I stated above make sure they are forced to cross the text with their eyes in order to move onto the next row of pics.

If you feel confident in your text placement, then take a look at your text again. If your text doesn't match the content then make sure it does. If you don't think it's hot enough tweak it.

#3 After taking care of the above let the template run some more. If you don't see any improvements tweak a bit more, and run it again. Move the pics around, try a different layout etc.

If you are generating some decent ctrs to your sponsor but no sales then the sponsors tour could be lacking and nothing short of lying will get you a sale then maybe it's time to move on.

These are just some tips that MIGHT help you. What I found out about this biz is you have to be dealing with it day in and day out to even begin to think you just MIGHT understand how it works.

It's a constant change from day to day and if you aren't in the gallery building game day to day it's hard to understand what might work and what might not.

Good luck. Just keep at it and you'll stumble across that 1 hot template that will give you a bit of insite into what may work in the future.
