It's been said - there's no punch to it. No reason to even read the text and if you do no reason to click on it.

One thing that was missed I think... on the right you say 'It's Totally Free! Credit Card Required.' . As has been said these days even mentioning a CC is not always a good thing but to say one IS required...

Somebody mentioned getting details right. Good place to start. A final point is why on earth would you buy traffic until you can convert from 'free' TGP traffic. You're just chucking $'s away.
