AB 131 would allow students that meet the in-state tuition requirements to apply for and receive Cal Grants by California's public colleges and universities. These students would not be eligible to apply or receive any Competitive Cal Grant unless funding remains available after all California resident students have received Competitive awards that they are eligible for.

Sounds good to me. I am a native Californian who now lives in the Deep South. I know American Citizens who did not graduate from high school, and make minimum wage in a factory, and sorry to say this but working the type of job back home you'd expect a Mexican to be working. So you show me a "non documented worker" aka illegal who actually graduated from high school, got accepted into a college, and just needs some help with tuition? In terms of making society better, I think that is a good thing. I myself am the child of an immigrant (let me add legal) and can't stand seeing lazy Americans who were born here when I know so many immigrants who succeed in the human race so much better. And there is my useless fucking opinion.
