Payoneer has been linked to international terrorism. The terrorists (over 20 of them) all used Payoneer cards to fund their terrorism. The Payoneer CEO at the time was at one time a member of that terrorist cell.
Paxum might be a new company but at least they aren't involved in terrorism and murder.
