Payserve Still Hasn't Paid Me for August

I was told checks go out the week after the period ends, to wait another week, and if I still haven't received it, to contact them to get it sorted out.
I wait the additional week...and no check arrives. So I contact them again, and I'm told that they are going to have to cancel the check, but this would take an additional two weeks to process, and that there would be a $25 fee for this (which I hope they are going to pay as it's their mistake).
Yesterday marks the end of that two week process and I still have not been paid. I have no new information about the status of the situation other than "The boss is now looking into this..."
