Sold my parking service for $6,125 on flippa. At first I was really disappointed that it sold for so low, but then I checked my "give-a-shit" meter and discovered, hey, I don't give a shit. I am done with the site and took the money. I haven't worked on the site for more than a 2 years.
At it's best, it was hosting 48,000+ domains, had 750,000 topics, and was making about $1000 a day. I never quite hit the 50,000 domains mark.
At it's worst (um, that would be yesterday), almost all the customers had left, and was making 50 cents per day (less than 100 visitors a day).
Huge members area with stats and growth projections etc, keywords, templates, auto-harvesting, images, wallpapers, mini games, etc.
The guy that bought it is a former customer, and was instrumental in bringing the site up to the $1,000 a day mark. He is going to try to do that again.
