I did some investigating and this is what I found:

On chargebacks.eu it states the company name is Chargeback Ltd BUT they do not give any contact details except for an online form, that alone put a red flag in front of my face.

The registered owner of Chargeback Ltd actually owns the site chargebackclaims.com with full contact details including Phone, Fax and address, which I may add is completely different that the address and fake phone number along with a bad email address in the Whois for chargebacks.eu

Therefore with the above in mind I would personally steer clear of chargebacks.eu
