Interesting business, but isn't 1% the chargeback limit now a days? so if they recover lets say 50% of those, and you pay 50% commission you are talking about recovering at most 0.25%...
seems hardly worth the drama over some $30 transactions, especially considering that you have to spend time sending them documentations, etc + there is potential for it to backfire somehow....
