Hi GFYers,
Im curious.. anyone using chargebacks.eu ? Does it work? Am I getting back i.e 50% of successfully collected chargebacks or do I pay per try?

My question is:

1) What if the actual cardholder (if it is a cardholder dispute) is using fake address details? It will be impossible to go after him?

2) What if the carder is using another persons card (which I guess is the most common fraud) i.e. affiliate fraud (fake signups with stolen cards). Who to go after, the cardholder?

The only way this would work is if the cardholder agrees that he has joined the site, but don't want to pay for any reason..maybe quality etc..but how many chargebacks is like this?

It does not make sense ..
