I bought it from an authorized dealer and they bs'd me from day 1. told me there was no activation fee, 4G hotspot came with the price plan (its an additional $30/mo) and I had a full 30 day refund. I came back in two weeks later and they told me I had to pay a $150 restocking fee, plus Verizon charges a fee on top of that.
I complained to Verizon but they said there is nothing they can do since its an AD and not a retail store.
