breakfast - bran flakes/milk, 1/2 cup of juice lol
lunch - pita with hummus, onion, lettuce, tomatoe, cheese - 1 cup of soup/minestrone or self made vege
snack - 1 apple
dinner - a handful of protein, carbs, and 2 handfuls of veg
simple - dont forget your fish oil or you will start forgetting, 3 capsules minimum a day.
