there are also programs that support people signing up for 1 dollar and teaching them how to cancel right away to get access to all this free torrent shit. the program basically owns the torrent site.

the sponsor is in on it if you know what i mean. they get the CC so they can bang it however they can in the future and give the surfers access to everyone elses shit for a buck.

Anyone realize how simple it is to compete with Fleshlight?
I know 4 different plastics vendors in China that would tool it up for under $500 and sell them for a couple of dollars each. Shipping adds about 15% to the cost.

Anyone on this board could be in that business with inventory in 10-12 weeks.
Google has listings of hundreds of competent Asian manufacturers.

Since my post yesterday, I have talked with the owners of some of the largest torrent sites on the web. They are removing our ads from their non-DMCA compliant torrent sites and have told me that if anyone has a problem with their content on DMCA compliant sites, simply send a DMCA notice and it will be removed within 24 hours. As I stated yesterday (and was called an idiot for doing so), several companies send them previews of their content every month to seed on their torrent sites because they realize the value of such sites. This solidifies my claim that there is tons of "non-stolen" content on these torrent sites that can be used to make money with our product. It is in no way Fleshlight's responsibility to make content companies proactive with their content. Contrary to popular belief, we do have content. We are working on a proprietary player so that if someone wants to view one of our protected videos, their username would have to be verified in our system before they were granted access to play the video. For future reference, if anyone sees our ads being served with their content on a non-DMCA compliant torrent site, please notify me. I will make sure the particular torrent site is DMCA compliant and if they aren't, I will stop their traffic completely. If they are, I will even forward on the urls of your content and tell them to remove it for you. At this point, this is our solution and the bottom line is that companies need to either protect their content or figure out a way to make money with it on torrent sites because they are not going away.

Just so you know, all ads are removed from PirateBay and will be removed from TNAFlix by tomorrow and the sites that have been mentioned as being DMCA compliant are empornium and puretna. If you see any of your content on empornium or puretna, please send them a DMCA notice and they will remove the content within 24 hours. They have 2 people on staff that are hired solely for that purpose. If you would like to send me any other sites that are non-DMCA compliant and have Fleshlight ads on them, please feel free to do so and I will handle them accordingly.
