I don't believe that, prove it or shut the fuck up. Either she was at the place or she wasn't....full stop. If she really wasn't what would possess her to say she was and make up such a ridiculous story. I think we have a case here of a superior defence legal team running rings around a semi competent Italian legal system. I think most people with common sense can see the wood for the trees.

You need to reacquaint yourself with the case, she and Rafael claimed she was never at her place during the time of the murder, but rather they were watching a movie on his laptop at his place. The hard drive to his laptop was mysteriously destroyed by the prosecution/police, which could have at least corroborated their story. The 14 hours of interrogation by police with no attorney present was documented by the police, did you want me to get the police report to prove it to you?
