Ebay sucks for selling a domain name. If you're talking adult domains, you can always check with Evan at HuntingMoon/XPays. Some domains are sold in Buy/Sell section here, though not as many as 3+ years ago. If you're talking mainstream domains, Afternic is another option. With their partner registrars, they get as much if not more exposure for domains than Sedo does now.
