I had Bell Internet connected on Sept 1. It was disconnected 7 times in 25 days, for at least 2 days at a time. I called Sept 26 to cancel it, and they told me I had to pay for the service until Oct 25, and at that time it would be disconnected. Wouldn't you know, since I called to cancel it, there has been no interruption in my service.
I hate calling in to wait on hold with their support, so I started a Live Person Chat. I was quickly disconnected for profanity, when I told him their service "sucks balls"
They can't get my connection or disconnection right, this company is the worst I have ever dealt with.
