Can't stand thieves, none in friend or family.
Have something worse. GF's sister comes over, get shitfaced then decides to "straighten" the house.
1st time, took the part off the electric can opener that punches the can. Still haven't found the part after a year. After a few days found the can opener hidden on top of the refrigerator. She claimed nobody uses can openers anymore. She only buys cans with pull lids.
Last time, I bought a Coca Cola neon light for my GF at a garage sale. Only $10, they're $45 new. Took us 2 days to find the light. Never did find the cord. Unfortunately she found a similar cord, wrong transformer, blew the light.
Since they are used to trading clothes and possessions, she takes things home. No big deal, but a couple of things of mine.
